Vincent Yung is a proud queer designer and educator. Vincent currently teaches design studio at Woodbury University in Burbank, California. He received his M.Arch from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) and a B.A from the University of Toronto in Canada.
His graduate design thesis “Walk This Way” is an ongoing research project that addresses the role of the community centre as a space for collective healing and action. Vincent has held positions in Los Angeles and Hong Kong based design firms: Wong & Ouyang Architects, Kevin Daly Architects, Bouwman Zago Architecture, and Current Interests. His photography has been featured in many Canadian publications including Shift mag, enRoute Magazine, and exhibited in Brooklyn, New York at the Photoville photography exhibition. Lately, Vincent has been getting his laps in at the YMCA Ketchum pool and working on ceramic crowns.
